1. How does Entertainment System work?

There are basically two components to the system. One is the sign up function on your web site. The second is the system itself. It resides on the site too, but in a password-protected secret area.

2. What advantages does this have over something like a spreadsheet?

There is no comparison between the two. First of all, you can take orders directly from your site. You don't need to key information into a second system. Secondly, it deducts funds from credit cards automatically. The advantages are too numerous to mention.

3. What do I do with phone in orders?

Entertainment System is a comprehensive system, completely replacing what you do now. If an order comes in by phone (this happens all the time) there is an event signup function in the Admin Area specifically for this purpose. All orders, regardless of where they come from, go into Entertainment System.

4. What if someone changes their mind after ordering?

No problem. Simply remove them from the event. Entertainment System has all the screens and capabilities necessary to completely manage an event. It handles everything, including printing name tags and/or contracts to hand out at the event itself. Entertainment System is a total event management system.

5. What are the advantages to doing this online?

The most obvious advantage is integration with your Web site. Entertainment System shows your clients exactly what events you are offering. This is real time. Additionally it gives people the ability to signup online. Thirdly it allows an interface with your credit card company so no one signs up with a bad credit card.

6. What if an event fills up?

No problem. You can cap attendance. You can also put an event in full status. An event in full status informs users that an event is sold out. It will not take any new sign ups.
